How long does UK delivery take?
We offer several shipping options, including Next Working Day delivery for orders placed before 2pm and standard 2-3 day shipping via Royal Mail or DPD.
What is your returns policy for rackets?
You can return any unused racket in its original packaging within 30 days. Please note that we cannot accept returns for rackets that have had the plastic wrap removed from the handle or have been used on court.
Do you offer a professional restringing service?
Yes, we provide a professional restringing service for squash, tennis, and badminton rackets. You can select your preferred string and tension directly on the product page before adding the racket to your cart.
Can I track my international order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email which allows you to monitor your package's journey through our international courier partners.
Are the products on your website authentic?
